The Story Behind Some of Our Dishes & Toppings

biryani

While there are multiple theories on the origins of this magnificent dish, there is hardly ever an argument that the Hyderabad "dum biryani" is the best variant of them all. Prepared to order, this dish is a culmination of slow cooked meat and rice infused with out of the world exotic spices.

"65"

This once popular Indo-Chinese restaurant food has now become a street food in Hyderabad, India. 65 denotes the number of spices in the dish. Chicken is coated with thin layer of spiced special batter, deep fried and then mixed with exotic spices and served with onions and bell peppers. Paneer version is also available.

jerk chicken

Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated overnight with a very hot spice mixture called Jamaican jerk spice which gets its unique flavor from the scotch bonnet peppers. It is then baked in closed oven Our Jerk Chicken is prepared right here in our own kitchen from scratch
